Self-inspection and peer inspections are the norm at Tru-Line along with product audits conducted by the quality department to oversee process capabilities. Statistical techniques are used throughout the facility and employees are empowered to reject material when appropriate. System audits are conducted to ensure compliance to the ISO9001:2008 standard and Tru-Line's internal procedures. Those audits also provide the opportunity to identify weaknesses before processes or products are impacted. In addition to our in-house capabilities, we also use independent testing labs for salt spray testing, pressure testing, fatigue testing, cyclic endurance testing and failure analysis. ISO Quality System Registration Tru-Line Manufacturing Company was originally recommended for ISO9002 registration in August 1995 and we continue to maintain our registration to the ISO9001:2008 standard through American Global Standards.
